Quality & Safety
Ensuring safe food is paramount for the protection of human health. Therefore antibiotic-free animal feed is increasingly playing an important role in animal production.
At PERMEVA, we believe that success depends on the supply of high-quality products, packages and services that meet and exceed customer and consumer expectations of our brand products. Fundamental to this is the responsibility to ensure the quality and food safety of all the products we manufacture and distribute across our markets.
We ensure a reliable product through scientifically supervised experiments in universities, colleges and privately.
A large part of the company philosophy is to ensure consistent high-quality improvement. This is achieved by the team through a process- oriented quality management system. By consulting with our customers, we support the reasonable and effective use of our products.
We are committed to continually enhancing the reputation of the brands we produce and distribute, maintaining consumer confidence in our portfolio through the development and implementation of quality and food safety systems, standards, and practices.
All PERMEVA operations are committed to continuous improvement, which is measured, evaluated, and validated for effectiveness through internal and external audits.
We believe that the responsibility for achieving quality and food safety commitments lies with every single PERMEVA employee, in how they do their job and in their relationship with stakeholders. quality and food safety are the responsibility of every employee that has a direct influence on ingredients, packaging, manufacturing, storage, and the transport of products.
Overall, we strive to contribute to modern, healthy, and sustainable animal and human nutrition.
Our plants are also certified by GMP+ to guarantee the highest standards in feed manufacturing.
A control plan has been put into place for checking the quality of the products, from the raw materials to the packaged product. A proportion of the analyses are carried out in the group’s own laboratory. The rest are sent to external laboratories to have independent checks.
Traceability is applied on all processes, from raw materials to finished products.
Raw ingredients are chosen equally carefully. Suppliers agree to follow a strict set of technical specifications and are subject to periodic audits and assessments.
Finished products are submitted to a follow-up. Samples from each batch are kept until the expiration date.
